“We need to have a chat….” – The Manager Dilemma

Join The Sharp Projects’s very own Talent HR and Recruitment for breakfast and an engaging insight into managing difficult workplace conversations. Talking about everything from hygiene to lateness and more serious issues such as sickness and personal life issues, Talent will be offering tips as to how to turn awkward into positive. 

Discussions will run from 08.30am – 10.00am in The Campus with breakfast provided by Talent. There will also be opportunity for tenants to share some of their own stories and remedies! After the workshop, Talent will remain within The Sharp Project until early afternoon offering tenants a unique opportunity to gain HR or recruitment advice for specific business needs.
