The popular weekly Boja Yoga sessions continue to take place from 13.15 to 13.45.
The importance of yoga in helping with mental well being has long been established and if you’ve not tried it before than next week is a great time to start – please book on via email.

A chance to relax and clear the mind from 13:15 to 13:45. Kat and Nathan will work you through relaxing each part of the body before taking you into a deeper state of relaxation and into guided meditation. Open to all.
