Single containers are 160 sq ft (8ft x 20ft) and cost £50 + vat per week. Double containers are 320 sq ft (16ft x 20 ft) and cost £85 + vat per week including one car parking space.

BLUE
The Blue area hosts 12 serviced office spaces ranging from 290 sq ft to 4,600 sq ft from £16.00 per sq ft inclusive of service charge and business rates.

GOLD / THE CAMPUS

Tenants have the option of either a ground floor unit or mezzanine level office overlooking The Campus, the hub of activity at The Sharp Project.
