Join the Business Growth Hub at their drop-in session here at The Sharp Project on Thursday 5^th April where you can receive 1-2-1 support with one of their specialist business advisers to identify further opportunities to grow your business.

The Business Growth Hub is a fully funded service available to businesses that work with other businesses that have the ambition and ability to grow. They can also offer advice around apprenticeships, inclusive growth, recruitment, grants, accreditation and business resources.

Business Growth Hub offer support in a lot of business areas including:

Executive Development Programme:

EDP is a bespoke, structured programme consisting of between 12 – 18 hours of support that addresses the personal development needs of the business owner / SMT / SLT. The delivery focuses on specific topic(s) identified as barriers to driving the growth of the business.

Areas of support can include:

• Strategic & Business Planning – financial & budget management, competitor awareness & business performance management
• Communication – effective communication with staff & customers
• Self-Management – managing time, resources & developing confidence in your role
• People Management – staff development, mentoring, coaching, change management
